MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Colleen started Bright Beginnings ELC/Preschool  in 2022 after seeing a great need for more quality preschools in our community. She is the Director of Curriculum for Bright Beginnings Preschool and Bright Beginnings Elementary. Colleen creates, oversees, and implements all of the engaging lessons and experiences that shape the minds of our students.  Additionally, she supports teachers at Bright Beginnings by collaborating on ways to reach all types of learners. Colleen leads all small group phonemic and emergent reading instruction including intervention for students who need additional services as well as students who need enrichment.  Her passion and expertise for early childhood development and education are reflected through all you see at Bright Beginnings Preschool.

Callie is the Director of Business for Bright Beginnings ELC/Preschool. She spent ten years as a financial advisor before furthering her education and completing her Master's in Education Administration. Callie has 9 years of experience in public education in teaching and administration. In addition to her director role with Bright Beginnings ELC/Preschool, she started Bright Beginnings Tutoring and Enrichment in 2023 and Bright Beginnings Elementary in 2024. She is responsible for our school's daily operation, marketing, student behavior expectations, compliance, marketing, state licensing, and safety procedures. Callie enjoys seeing the Bright Beginnings Family grow and support the needs of our community.
